Edmund Wong is a dynamic hospitality leader with a proven ability to blend strategic vision with operational excellence, currently serving as Corporate Director of Revenue Optimization for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. In this role, he spearheads revenue strategy across a portfolio of four unique resort properties, maximizing performance through sophisticated pricing models (with the help of Duetto), channel distribution optimization, and the development of loyalty-driven initiatives.
Edmund’s expertise is shaped by a diverse background spanning a blend of luxury hotel and/or casino operations at properties like the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and the Signature at MGM Grand. His current focus has been on the Tribal casino resort environment. This unique perspective allows him to bring innovative solutions to the complexities of modern revenue management across a variety of resort types.
Throughout his career, Edmund has consistently driven impactful results, from leading revenue strategy and implementation across all hotel revenue streams to spearheading the modernization of contact center technology, including the implementation of a CCaaS solution (NICE), and expansion of digital offerings. He is passionate about leveraging data to personalize the guest experience and optimize revenue outcomes, making him a valuable voice on the future of direct bookings.
