Director of Revenue, Comfort Suites Paradise Island

Ms. Taylor boasts an extensive 18 year career in the hospitality industry, which began in 2007 as a Sales Manager with a distinguished Destination Management Company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for the industry. As a dedicated hospitality professional, Ms. Taylor is committed to delivering exemplary service with a personalized touch. Ms. Taylor earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. Following the completion of her undergraduate degree, she sought international experience within the hospitality sector in the United States. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree from Walden University, which reinforced her dedication to fostering positive social change. During her time at Walden University, Ms. Taylor was invited and inducted into The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) as well as the Delta Mu Delta – International Academic Honor Society in Business.

In April 2014, Ms. Taylor joined the Comfort Suites Paradise Island team, where her commitment to the company’s vision and collaborative spirit propelled her to her current position as Director of Revenue. Her relentless dedication, extensive knowledge, and determination render her a vital asset to the hotel’s Revenue, Sales, and Reservations Departments.

Ms. Taylor holds certifications in Revenue Management and Hospitality & Tourism from Cornell University. She was also selected for the inaugural CHTA (Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association) Young Leaders program from 2019-2022. In recognition of her pursuit of excellence, she has received several accolades, including the Sterling Award in 2016, Manager of the Year in 2017, and Leader of the Year in 2019 at Comfort Suites Paradise Island.
