Isaac Collazo

Isaac Collazo is responsible for ensuring effective cross-utilization of intelligence to optimize IHG’s revenue and industry share. He oversees a broad range of functional responsibilities, including: competitive performance analysis, predictive analytics/modeling and interpreting the macro-economic environment. Before joining IHG, he held a similar position with Marriott International.  Prior to Marriott, Mr. Collazo served with Promus Hotel Corporation. He began his hospitality career with La Quinta Inns. Calvin Anderson

Calvin oversees customer acquisition through revenue strategy, performance media, data management platforms, field marketing and leadership over global sales. Prior to RLH, Calvin served as VP of Managed Services at Duetto and held senior revenue leadership roles at Hilton and Highgate Hotels. Gil has extensive experience of over 15 years in the online and mobile industry and had led a successful startup in the mobile local field as a co-founder and executive. Prior to joining Sydell Group Gary was the Vice President of Revenue Management for SIXTY Hotels where he helped establish the new brand of hotels after the Pomeranc brothers separated their interests from Thompson Hotels. Before SIXTY Hotels Gary worked for Andre Balazs / Standard Hotels for 7 years, where he ultimately held the title of Corporate Director of Revenue Management. Gary is passionate about brand building and leveraging creative brand voices to drive top line revenue.

Woodside Hotel Group is a family owned hotel ownership/management company based out of Menlo Park, CA.

Carlos has oversight of the branding, positioning and sales of existing properties and new upcoming projects in Los Cabos, Cancun and Riviera Maya. Prior to A23, Cady was SVP of Global Sales at Switchfly where she was recognized for her leadership and innovation from the Silicon Valley’s Annual Women World Awards, receiving the “Innovative Woman of the Year” in Internet/Cloud Computing, as well as “Women Excellence Case Study Award” for her achievement and contributions in the technology industry.


Trey Yost

Led by a firm belief in the power of digital technology, Trey Yost has forged a two-decade-long career fostering growth and innovation within market-leading brands, including radio giant Sirius XM Holdings Inc and, most recently, SaaS-based ACTIVE Network, where he witnessed first-hand the potential of a global marketplace as well as a data-led platform that offered intelligent and simple solutions for users. Jim Rozell

Jim has experience at virtually every level of the travel and hospitality spectrum having worked for American Airlines, Carlson Hotels, Travelweb, Mark Travel and several of his own endeavors. Jim has developed models that predict revenues, determine aircraft allocations, optimize room inventory, manage rates and assess competitors. He has been the architect of some of the largest travel data structures in the industry and many of the projects he left behind are still actively used to this day.

Terence oversees the revenue team and strategies for Ace Hotel Group. He joined Ace in 2012 to build revenue culture and help grow the company’s portfolio. Ace Hotel Group will be opening Sister City New York, Maison de la Luz (luxury property in NOLA) in late 2018, and as well as Ace Hotel Kyoto in 2020. Prior to Ace, Terence was Regional Director of Revenue Strategies for Denihan Hospitality Group, where he oversaw the revenue team and strategies for their New York City Portfolio.

Ben has been working with digital marketers for the past half-decade, helping them develop and deploy successful user-generated content (UGC) strategies.
